"Then you will know the truth, and the truth will set you free.” - John 8:32

There are many tough life questions that we are struggle about, young people are not an exception. There are so many different views and opinions about these important life questions. However, there can only be one truth in any particular matter! We need to give people the opportunity to examine the facts available, discuss and share their views about these important life questions and therefore make an informed decision about what they will believe. Our believes determine our values and our values inform our actions and the way we live our daily lives.

Youth Ministries

" Train up a child in the way he should go: and when he is old, he will not depart from it." - Proverbs 22: 10

This division of Living Springs Ministries seeks to work with young people in developing the necessary social skills, ambition and moral understanding for successful and productive adult life. Our inspiration to work with the youth is firmly based on the above scriptural admonition that we should "Train up a child in the way he should go, and when he is old he will not depart from it." Our Youth Development ministries consist primarily of an outreach-based initiative called Youth Talking Point, which aim to engage unchurched youths with the message of God's love and provide facilities and opportunities for them to develop their potential for life.

Secondly, we are developing ministry activities for our young believers who are part of the church family. We hope to link up with other Christian youth groups to give our youths opportunities to interact and develop their faith. Young people play major part in our church and its activities, including operating the technical desk, supporting other children in their Sunday school lessons, taking photographs and video recordings, serving communion and many more.

We need young men and women with a passion for change and development in our communities and societies. Young men and women who will work hard and strive to achieve higher goals and make significant difference in our world. We need to teach young people enterprise, ambition, drive to improvement and change in their life and societies. The life of laziness and dependence on state hand outs is a bane on the soul and the potential of man to develop and improve the world given to us by God - Genesis 1:26-28 "Then God said, “Let us make mankind in our image, in our likeness, so that they may rule over the fish in the sea and the birds in the sky, over the livestock and all the wild animals, and over all the creatures that move along the ground. So God created mankind in his own image,  in the image of God he created them;  male and female he created them. God blessed them and said to them, “Be fruitful and increase in number; fill the earth and subdue it. Rule over the fish in the sea and the birds in the sky and over every living creature that moves on the ground.

personal Leadership

We need encourage and develop the next generation with belief, determination and drive for change and improvement in society and bring God's plan for mankind into reality! We now live in a western society, particularly in Britain, where about two generations have departed from the divine moral principles that guided society and saw tremendous blessing of the nation as men and women of God fought injustice, oppression and aristocratic grip on societies and held the majority in poverty and servitude. The teaching and training in the instructions of the Word of God had been swept away for self-centred individualised pursuit of wealth and happiness devoid of any spirituality and true sense of purpose and identity in God. The opening scripture above states that train a child in the way that he should go, and  he will not depart from it when he grows. It's time to return to the truths of the WORD of GOD. We need to help upcoming young people the opportunity to develop their personal  leadership potentials for a more equitable and brighter society. We strongly believe every child has great potential to achieve, make significant contribution to life and make a difference in our world with so much in balance in  opportunities and development.

Youth Talking Point

The youth of today are the hope and pillars of our tomorrow’s society. They will determine the strength, stability, and sustainability of our country’s economic growth. The type of training and development they are receiving from home and school will determine how successful the next generation will be. Naturally, during this transition stage, young people are faced with many challenging issues including finding out their real identity, finding friends and fitting in, dealing with parental issues, and carving out their personal belief system and philosophy of life.
