leadership1"For this cause left I thee in Crete, that thou shouldest set in order the things that are wanting, and ordain elders in every city, as I had appointed thee"- Titus 1:5 (KJV)

Leadership is the most important ingredient for growth and development, Without leadership life comes to a standstill. Leadership is INFLUENCE and the main purpose is to bring about CHANGE - to lead people from where they are to a determined destination. Leadership is about mastering self so you can serve others.
God put leadership potential in everyone and by availing ourselves to learning we can harness our God-given leadership potential for the benefit of our families, the church and society. Leadership brings order and direction for growth.

We believe developing believers in our church fellowship's leadership potential is vital for the healthy operation of the church and carrying out the singular responsibility of being the ambassadors of Christ in an increasingly decaying world with corrupt and selfish leadership.  Godly leadership is diametrically opposite to worldly leadership - the former serves whiles the later is served.  Matthew 23:11-12 (KJV) "But he that is greatest among you shall be your servant. 12. And whosoever shall exalt himself shall be abased; and he that shall humble himself shall be exalted." Jesus told his disciples after a provoking request by the mother of Zebedee's children to allow her sons to sit on his left and right hand in the kingdom. "Then came to him the mother of Zebedee's children with her sons, worshipping him, and desiring a certain thing of him. 21. And he said unto her, What wilt thou? She saith unto him, Grant that these my two sons may sit, the one on thy right hand, and the other on the left, in thy kingdom. 22 But Jesus answered and said,  Ye know not what ye ask. Are ye able to drink of the cup that I shall drink of, and to be baptized with the baptism that I am baptized with? They say unto him, We are able. 23. And he saith unto them,  Ye shall drink indeed of my cup, and be baptized with the baptism that I am baptized with: but to sit on my right hand, and on my left, is not mine to give, but it shall be given to them for whom it is prepared of my Father. 24 And when the ten heard  it, they were moved with indignation against the two brethren. 25 But Jesus called them unto him[, and said,  Ye know that the princes of the Gentiles exercise dominion over them, and they that are great exercise authority upon them. 26. But it shall not be so among you: but whosoever will be great among you, let him be your minister; 27.And whosoever will be chief among you, let him be your servant: 28. Even as the Son of man came not to be ministered unto, but to minister, and to give his life a ransom for many."- Matthew 20:20-28 (KJV)
